Rental Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 21 days prior to arrival
For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required upon confirmation
Payments are accepted via bank transfer or secure online payment methods
All payments are non-refundable except as stated in the cancellation policy below
Free cancellation is available up to 14 days prior to arrival, with full refund of any payments made
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are 50 % refundable
In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total stay will be charged
A refundable security deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover potential damages
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to inspection of the property
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required during their stay
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking confirmation
Events, parties, or commercial use of the property are not allowed without prior written approval
The property shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay
Guests are responsible for ensuring appropriate travel insurance coverage for their stay
In cases of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events), the property reserves the right to reschedule the stay or provide a credit voucher
In the unlikely event that the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued without further liability
By confirming the booking, guests agree to all terms and conditions stated above
